About

Working with individuals, families and children on their authentic personal growth and continued development is my passion. I work with children and adolescence ranging from 4-years-old through their late teens, and individuals or parents in their 20s through their 50s. My goal is to help you or your family meet developmental challenges with support, and find more satisfaction and meaning in your family, work, school and community.

I work with those facing mild behavioral difficulties to those challenged with deeply held relational patterns or significant trauma. As I get to know you, we establish together approaches that work best for you or your family. My areas of expertise include attachment and depth work, and we often explore attachment-focused, psychodynamic and mindfulness counseling approaches. Issues I support clients to address include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, parenting challenges, adoption concerns, family systems and relationships, oppositional/defiant behaviors, and learning difficulties.

It’s important you find a therapist who is a great fit for you. Call me and we will talk about what you are looking for. You will have a chance to ask questions and get a sense of how I approach counseling and personal growth.
