After more than a decade of working with individuals and families, I find most people walking through my door simply want to be happier and have more love in their lives. My role is to support you in traveling your unique path through that transformation.

My own on-going professional training enables me to offer you proven therapies grounded in the fields of neuroscience, trauma and human development.
